What type of wax do you use in your candles?

We use all natural soy candle wax with soy based additives for some types. Soy wax is a plant-based wax that is biodegradable. Soy wax does not contain the chemicals found in paraffin wax, which is a petroleum by-product and emits known carcinogens when burned. This allows our candles to have much cleaner longer burn that is safe for home, office, children and pets.
Do you use fragrance oil or essential oils in your candles?

While some of our fragrance oils are infused with essential oils, we typically do not use essential oils in our candles as it can be toxic to certain pets and fragrance oils allow for better scent throw and experience for our costumers. We only purchase from reliable suppliers who follow industry leading safety standards.
What are your wicks made of?

We use a variety of wicks depending on the candle size and type. Our wicks are made with braided cotton with paper threads woven between. They are lead and zinc free.
Do you reuse old jars?

YES! Check out our local Jar recycling program. We would to reclaim any of our ceramic jars. If you are in the Dallas Fort Worth area please use the contact form and we'll set up a pick up.
Do you make wood wick candles?

At this time we use only cotton wicks. That may change in the future so stay tuned!
I've lit my candle and am experiencing a problem such a cosmetic issue.

All of our candles are hand poured and made in small batches made with soy wax. There are number of unique looks that a candle can take from batch to batch. Mushrooming or mixed tops after burns are normal for soy candles. If you experience an issue that makes your candle unsafe to burn please reach out to us.
How do I choose which candles and sizes to purchase?

If you are unsure what to purchase, we have wax melts that allow you to sample scents. We are working on a full sampler product so look out for that, Coming Soon!
Can I cancel my order?

We get it, we all change our minds. An order can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase and a form must be sent to via our contact form. At this time returns and exchanges can only be done on candles that are damaged. If this is the case please contact us via the contact form.
Are your candles in stores?

We hope to one day be in stores but for now you can purchase our candles on our Shop page and at pops in and around the Dallas Fort Worth Area. Be sure to check our Event page for upcoming pop ups!
