Candles orders require 3-7 business days processing time before shipping.

Pre-orders and custom orders will require a 2-3 week processing time. Candles must cure a minimum of 2 weeks.

All orders, once processed, will have tracking information sent via email within 48 hours.

Once an order ships, the arival time is up to your shipping method. Please refer to tracking item for up to date information on arrival.

Return and Exchange Policy:

All candles are final sale and thus not accepted for return.

SS will exchange a candle if there are issues of damage during transit.

Custom orders receive specially written poetry for their candle. This poetry is unique and will not be used on any future signature candles.
